Prices are in EURO.
There's a one time registration fee of €100. You pay the registration fee together with your first course month payment. Apart from that there are no additional costs, fees or other products necessary to be bought for you to participate within the course.
If you need to halt your course for personal reasons, you can request to do so for a maximum period of three months. If your account remains halted for more than three months, you are required to start the course from Lesson 1 upon resuming.
We suggest that you keep your account active so that you can continue benefiting from continued support in buddy chats. In this case – it is your responsibility as the trainee to inform your buddy that you will pause your application within the lesson and assignment material for a specified amount of time, where the maximum time is three months. If application in your lesson material and assignments is not resumed within three months’ time, you will be required to start again from Lesson 1 of the course you are walking.
Yes. You simply let your Buddy know and/or email the DIP Admin Team, stop paying and stop participating. Your account will first be halted and then you’ll be removed from the system completely. If you decide to participate again, you’ll have to start from the beginning.
You can pay by credit card online, wire transfer to one of our bank accounts or issue a cheque. Credit card payments are preferred since they are completed within seconds and the transaction fees are minimal. We do not store your credit card information. Your credit card information is used only at the moment of the transaction at a secure third party credit card processing site and immediately discarded.
After you register your payment will always cover the next coming month. Consecutive monthly payments have to be received by us by the 21st of each consecutive month. We'll send you an email notification about an upcoming payment.
Yes. As long as you wish to participate you need to pay the monthly fee in order for your Lesson material and your buddy to remain available to you.
No. We do not provide any refund options.
